Lockhart Strata Management was named after Lockhart Street in Como, where the director was living when the vision of starting a strata management business was born. The vision was to create a company that provides competent, honest, reliable, and transparent services to schemes of all sizes across Perth. July 2023

Incorporated

Lockhart Strata Management Pty Ltd was incorporated in July 2023, began advertising to the public in September 2023, and onboarded its first client in October 2023. Since then, Lockhart Strata has grown substantially and is honoured to offer strata management services to schemes of all sizes across Perth.

47 Schemes Managed

Within the first 12 months, Lockhart was managing 20 schemes, with an initial focus on smaller schemes which ranged in size from 4 to 12 lots. The focus now is schemes of all sizes, with the largest being 61 lots. Regardless of scheme size, the focus always remains to deliver a high level of service to all clients.

Lockhart Strata Management is owned by Aidan Gorjy, who is also the sole director and shareholder. As both director and owner, Aidan is passionate about strata management and provides a personalised level of service to all clients. As Lockhart Strata continues to grow and the team expands, Aidan remains committed to being closely involved to ensure clients continue to receive the highest level of service.

Aidan Gorjy started his career in property in 2009 and has over a decade of experience. While at university studying for a Bachelor of Commerce (Property), he began working in property development. Over the next decade, Aidan was deeply involved in the creation and design of strata schemes, gaining in-depth knowledge and understanding of buildings, construction, design, and planning. This extensive background put him in a strong position to assist owners with the ongoing management of their buildings.

In 2019, seeking more client-facing experience, Aidan joined a real estate agency and focused on strata management. He helped manage and grow their strata portfolio by over 300%, eventually becoming a director and shareholder in the strata management entity. Aidan then established Lockhart Strata Management as the sole director and shareholder, with the goal of growing the business and ensuring that clients who have entrusted Lockhart as their strata manager receive the highest level of service.

Ezekiel Hewett

Assistant Strata Manager

Zeke was born and raised in the Swan Valley and moved to Claremont in his teenage years. He is currently studying Economics at the University of Western Australia (UWA), where he has developed a strong passion for strata management and helping schemes effectively manage their buildings.

With great people skills and a friendly, charismatic manner, Zeke is well positioned to help strata communities better manage their properties, build a genuine sense of community, and stay compliant with the relevant legislation.

Outside of study, Zeke is a passionate footballer, competing in the WAFL and carrying on a family heritage of past and present WAFL and AFL players. His time on the field has sharpened his ability to work attentively and as part of a team — a strength he brings to his work in strata as well.
